What’s happening right now with the site outage is unprecedented. If you haven’t heard yet, askthedentist.com has been down since last Sunday. I am very thankful for our IT team which is working day and night to get this resolved.

What happened: My website service provider, BizBudding, uses a cloud service provider called 365 Data Centers which experienced a cyber security incident (they are not yet sharing details as to the nature of this incident) that affected all of their northeast data centers. This unprecedented outage affected both the primary and backup systems. Thousands of websites went offline as a result, from hospitals to fortune 500 companies.

The good news is that third-party cyber experts have confirmed that no customer data has been accessed, and have repeatedly provided assurance that my website data is intact, protected, secure, and encrypted.

Luckily, the website being down does not affect the podcast, YouTube, or Instagram! So while we wait for the website to go back up, check out our new podcast episode for this week as well as my YouTube channel, which luckily isn’t affected by the site outage and has tons of great resources.
