Turmeric Popsicles for Gums

Turmeric does stain, but if you can handle the mess, these popsicles are a great way to soothe baby’s sore gums. And with only 8 grams of natural sugar from the bananas—which are good for baby’s gut and microbiome and zero added sugar—you can trust that they’re healthy, too!

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs. Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, blending until well-combined.popsicles
  2. Evenly distribute into popsicle molds. Freeze until ready to use, or at least 1 hour.popsicles
  3. Thaw for 5 minutes before serving.popsicles
