Sweet Potato Fries with Avocado Dip
Combine a few nutrient-packed ingredients for a delicious, healthy side dish.

- Yield: 2-3 servings 1x
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into matchsticks
- 1–3 tablespoons coconut oil
- Sea salt for sprinkling
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup plain kefir or goat milk kefir
- 3–4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 F.
While oven is preheating, add all the ingredients for the dressing into a high-speed blender and blend until well-combined. Put in the fridge until ready to use.
Add the sweet potato fries onto a baking sheet greased with coconut oil, or lined with parchment paper and drizzle more melted coconut oil and sea salt, tossing to combine.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping ½ way through.
Allow fries to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
